Huckleberry of French Creek- Huck

AKC - SR0424421

OFA/CERF

Huck is a dynamic son of Tucker and Hanna/ being trained primarily as an upland dog as the picture shows Huck is very capable of handling the water stuff as well! This year we are pairing Huck with Piper and are anticipating a great result. If a great family companion with a never ending desire to work for you is what you want then this is the guy for you. At 85lbs. Huck is a carbon copy of his dad Tucker. He is as physical as he is affectionate when the hunt is over. A great nose and a strong brush buster Huck never fails to excite everyone involved in the Hunt!

Hunters French Creek Midnight - Midnight

AKC - SR37472301

OFA/CERF

Midnight is a son of Dieble/Piper. This guy is everybit a copy of what is great about our favorite British pairing. As seen in our video Midnight advanced early in his training and was tops in his class as a gundog. Matching his eagerness to hunt is his eagerness to be part of the family. He is never far behind when the ear scratches are being offered. Midnights sleek 65lb build is sculpted full of muscle and his speed in the water on retrieves and in the uplands is a site that excites all. Midnight was paired with Fawney this winter and will add a little size to the litter making them a better big water dog as well as able to handle the upland side on equal par. This youngster is dynamic!

French Creeks Regal Brown - "Regal"

 OFA/CERF

AKC - SR 13696608      UKC - R168- 459

/i//tn_regal_sire_1002.jpg Regal is one dynamite retriever! With a pedigree that includes Gator Points Gentle Ben and Pachanga Magnum Force, he has proven that the apple does not fall far from the tree. At 95lbs. Regal is one of my personal favorites here at French Creek Kennels. He has proven time  and time again that a Field Trial dog can control all of that energy that has been bred into him thru the use of our British Training Methods. Regal is the hardest driving dog I have seen. Not concerning himself with the difficulty of the retrieve just getting the job done. He is a great field dog for geese and does not even blink an eye at picking up a 20lb canadian. His field manners though conceal this "tank" of a retriever. Regal is sound and steady as a rock to shot and flush and his use of his nose on lost game is next to none!. If he has one affliction it is that he thinks he is a a lap dog, this guy does equally well with children or with 3 guys in a goose blind.
/i//tn_regal_sire_1001.jpg Regal has a rich chocholate coat and is ripped with muscle. His lining ability and focus on incoming game are tremendous. If you are looking for a great natural retriever with a fantastic disposition look no farther than Regal. We will be breeding Regal with Ardell this fall and have great hopes for this pairing. He has the great classic look of thick chest and big block head, and performance to back it up!

Wildrose French Creek Dieble - "Dieble"

 OFA/CERF

AKC - SR22421602  UKC - R182 -589

/i//tn_100_0365.JPG Dieble is one of French Creeks British dogs. At 75lbs. he has that classic build that the British and Irish dogs are known for. He has proven worth his weight in gold as his natural hunting and training abitiies have taken him into his training as a gundog with great results. Diebles breeding takes full advantage of the British Training Methods at use here. His ancestors were selectively bred for game finding ability and trainability, compared to training a normal American bred retriever this guy has proven to be far superior in every aspect. With his first season under gun approaching he already has secured the steady, calm and focused look and reaction of a seasoned gundog. We look forward to the pairing of Dieble with our British female Piper next spring.
/i//tn_dieble_sire_1002.jpg Dieble has a beautifiul rich black coat, and muscular build. He has proven equally at home on an elevated platform in a swamp or in a canoe on the creek. If you are looking for a truly unique gundog then a pup from Dieble will fit the bill. His affection toward family and visitors goes hand in hand with his natural ability in the field, and like all dogs here at French Creek they are bred to be able to be handled by the average hunter. Keep your eyes open for breeding announcements for this pair next spring!
